Matthew Cummins
Director
The ALLIV Project Group was launched by Matthew Cummins to be a project partner and resource for developers, governments, corporations and community groups involved in property projects.
With over twenty years of experience in the property and construction industry, Matthew has sourced and delivered developments valued in excess of $AUD500M across the retail, commercial and residential sectors including significant mixed-use projects.
Passionate about ideas he maintains a key focus on the user experience and the investment performance of every property development project, believing both are indicators of long-term success. 'Always seeking opportunities for broader community, economic and environmental benefit, we enable ideas and balance ideals to produce sustainable and responsible projects'.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of the Built Environment and a Bachelor of Architecture at QUT where he won the Adjunct Professors Prize and was awarded into the Dean's List for Academic Excellence in his graduation year. He has held senior roles in local and international firms specialising in property development and architecture.
