North Quarter CBD master planning and feasibility analysis 2012-14. Three high-rise towers including a 35,000m2 commercial tower and over 800 residential apartments in Herschel Street, Brisbane.  The preparation of development application documentation.

The ALLIV project group has had pivotal roles in the identification and project scoping of opportunities arising from large infrastructure projects.   Working alongside a leading investment consortium on the Airport Link project in Brisbane we identified and successfully brokered investment agreements to form part of their infrastructure bid.

Royal Bank of Scotland - City Strategy

Royal Bank of Scotland – 280 Bishopsgate & Premier Place, London EC2, ($180M) 2001.  50,000m2 fit-out for the Royal Bank of Scotland city occupation strategy and client facing ‘London Anchor Building’.  Architectural project manager of 20 strong design team and client liaison.
